Exchange Policy
At 7ATE9, we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you need to exchange a product, the following terms apply.
Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
Certain categories could be non-exchangeable. 7ATE9 reserves the right to update this at any time.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Instagram within the eligible timeframe. Reverse pickup will be arranged where available. Pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours, with a maximum of three attempts.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be required to ship the product to our warehouse at the address provided by our team. Products must be securely packed, with the Order ID and registered mobile number included.
Processing
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once the returned product is inspected, the exchange item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days. Any price difference will be refunded or collected accordingly. A nominal reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 per item may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos. Our team will prioritize the exchange and ensure prompt delivery of the correct product.
Terms and Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Repeated or excessive exchanges may be reviewed under our Fair Usage Policy. 7ATE9 reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, and the version on our website will be considered final.
