Refund policy

At 7ATE9, every product is crafted with precision and care to deliver the finest quality in everyday essentials. While we maintain the highest standards, we understand that there may be instances where a return, refund, or cancellation is required. This policy has been designed to provide clarity, fairness, and transparency, ensuring you enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

  1. Return Eligibility and Guidelines

    Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by intact tags and packaging. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use will not qualify for approval.

    Once a return request has been raised, our logistics partner will attempt collection within 24 to 48 hours. A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made. Reverse pickup service is subject to availability at your location.

    As part of our Fair Usage Policy, a reverse shipment fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted from the refund value. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse.

  2. Refund Process and Timelines

    Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully cleared by our quality control team. Customers will be notified once inspection is complete.

    For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days. For orders placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued to the customer’s 7ATE9 Wallet within 1 to 2 working days of return confirmation. Wallet balances can be redeemed on future purchases and remain valid unless otherwise communicated.

    Please note that shipping fees, reward points, and store credits redeemed during purchase are non-refundable. Promotional orders, including Buy One Get One Free or bundled offers, are excluded from partial refunds.
  3. Order Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of order placement or prior to receiving a dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier.

    Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowable window will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 to 3 working days. Cash on Delivery orders do not require refunds since no payment has been collected. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be permitted, and the order must be processed as a return after delivery.

    Repeated or excessive cancellations may fall under our Fair Usage Policy and could result in restricted order acceptance in the future.

  4. Non-Returnable and Excluded Items

    For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain product categories cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to: innerwear, perfumes, masks, sunglasses, and accessories. Products purchased during clearance sales, final sale promotions, or specifically marked as “non-returnable” on the product page are also excluded from this policy.

    7ATE9 reserves the right to update or amend the list of excluded categories without prior notice.

  5. Self-Shipping of Returns

    In cases where reverse pickup service is not available, customers must arrange to self-ship products to the following address:

    When self-shipping, items must be securely packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. The order ID and registered mobile number should be clearly mentioned inside the package.

    For prepaid orders, customers will be reimbursed for courier charges up to ₹100, in addition to the refund amount. Reimbursement is processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund, including courier reimbursement, will be credited to the 7ATE9 Wallet.

    Shipments sent through unsupported courier services may not be accepted. Customers are advised to use Speed Post or other reliable service providers.

  6. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

    If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Reports can be submitted via WhatsApp or Instagram, accompanied by clear images or videos of the damaged product and packaging.

    Upon validation, our team will initiate a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund as per eligibility. Refunds for damaged products will be completed within 7 to 10 working days after return confirmation.

  7. General Terms and Conditions

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for returns, refunds, and cancellations, including correct bank details where applicable. 7ATE9 is not liable for delays or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

    If a delivery has been marked “delivered” by the courier service but not received by the customer, the issue must be reported within 24 hours for investigation.

    Refunds are always processed promptly by 7ATE9 but may be subject to delays due to payment gateway or bank processing times.

    7ATE9 reserves the right to decline requests in cases of policy misuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated returns and cancellations that fall outside the spirit of fair usage. All policies are subject to change without prior notice, and the version published on this website will be considered final and binding.
