SHIPPING, ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email, SMS or a detailed WhatsApp message with your courier details and tracking ID. You can also check the live status here. So yes; you’ll always know where your package is (no more detective work needed).
  • Will I get a call before delivery?
    Most likely, yes. Our courier partners usually give you a call or at least drop an SMS before reaching your doorstep.
  • Are there shipping charges?
    Free shipping on all orders above ₹1500
    For orders below this, a small fee of ₹100 applies
    (Think of it as the cost of fuel to bring your style home)
  • How long does it take to dispatch my order?
    We dispatch orders within 3–4 working days. After that, delivery timelines depend on your location and our shipping partners. Don’t worry; we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Can I open the package before paying?
    Nope; our delivery partners don’t allow pre-inspection. But if something feels off after opening, just record an unpacking video and write to us at support@7ate9.com within 24 hours. We’ve got your back.
  • My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it. What now?
    First, check with your neighbors, building security, or anyone at home. Still missing? Reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery status and we’ll sort it out. (Promise; we don’t want your style lost in limbo either.)

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How do I place a return or exchange request?
Simple!
Log in to your account.
Head to “Orders.”
Select the product, and choose return or exchange.
Follow the steps and confirm.
We’ll schedule a reverse pickup once your request is approved.

What’s the fine print for returns/exchanges?
Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging intact.
Sale items, accessories, and certain discounted products may not be eligible.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Yikes; that’s rare, but if it happens, email us at support@7ate9.com with photos/videos of the product within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll take care of it quickly.

How long will pickup take?
Usually within 2 working days of approval. Our delivery partner will try up to 3 times if needed, so make sure you’re reachable.

How will I get my refund?
Prepaid orders → Refunded to your original payment method.
COD orders → Refunded via a secure payout link or gift card.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive the product back.

 

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Can I cancel my order?
Yes; if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Just email us at support@7ate9.com. If it’s already on the way, you can refuse delivery at your doorstep.


Can I modify my order (size, address, etc.)?
Sorry; once an order is placed, it can’t be modified. But here’s the trick: cancel before dispatch and place a new order with updated details. Easy.


How do I get my refund for canceled orders?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Prepaid → Back to the original payment method.
COD → Refunded via secure payout link/gift card.


PAYMENTS

My payment failed. What should I do?
Don’t panic. If the money was deducted but the order didn’t go through, just mail us your transaction details at support@7ate9.com. We’ll verify and help you out.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All the usual suspects: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and COD (where available).

 

SIZING HELP

How do I find my perfect size?
Every product page has a Size Chart with all the measurements you need. Still unsure? Write to us at support@7ate9.com; our team will help you figure out the perfect fit.

Tip: If you’re between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit (and fewer regrets).
