Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Garments must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• Returns will only be accepted after passing our internal quality check. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be declined.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method after the returned product is received and verified. (Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery for a different size or style.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the preferred option is unavailable, customers may opt for a refund instead.
• Replacement products will only be dispatched after the original item is received and cleared by our quality team.
• In the case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the exchange shipping costs.

Non-Eligible Items

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
